Overview Thank you for supporting Digital Ground Game. Because our organization operates as a 501(c)(4) and all items in our store are uniquely made-to-order to minimize waste and overhead, we have a strict return policy.
Standard Returns and Exchanges Due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges. Please review your order carefully (including sizing and shipping information) before completing your purchase.
Manufacturing Defects and Misprints We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that features a clear manufacturing defect or a misprint, we are happy to make it right. All claims for defective or misprinted items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
