Overview Thank you for supporting Digital Ground Game. Because our organization operates as a 501(c)(4), all of our merchandise is made-to-order. This model helps us minimize waste and keep overhead low so we can focus on our advocacy and organizational mission.

Production and Shipping Timelines Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be produced, processed, and shipped. We appreciate your patience as we custom-create your items.

Order Tracking Once your order has been produced and handed off to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the carrier's initial scan.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Store.DigitalGroundGame.org is no longer liable for the package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused during transit.

If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged by the carrier, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.

International Orders (Including Canada and Mexico) We are proud to ship to our international supporters! Please note the following regarding international orders:

  • Delivery Times: International orders will take longer to arrive than the standard 2–3 week timeline quoted for domestic orders.

  • Contact Information: We strongly encourage all international buyers to include a valid phone number at checkout. This ensures your local postal carrier can reach you if there are any issues with delivery.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International buyers (including those in Canada and Mexico) are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their local government. These charges are not included in the shipping fee paid to Store.DigitalGroundGame.org at checkout. If applicable, you will be required to pay these additional fees to your local customs office or carrier before your package can be delivered.
