Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, we maintain a strict return policy. We do not accept standard returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges. Exceptions are only made for clear manufacturing defects or misprints. Any claims for defective items must be submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

Tax Deductibility

In accordance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations, contributions, donations, gifts, and merchandise purchases made to or through Store.DigitalGroundGame.org are NOT tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
